The elephant was so smart that could paint by using the trunk systematically sketch out the image of its kind.It's rather astonishing to get a chance to view the knack of the gifted animal to perform the incredibility.

Gunung Irau (2110M) 2009

On 11th July,2009,the long yearning mossy forest trekking to summit of gunung irau became a reality but not without insurmountable task to overcome the dangerous terrain,muddy and soggy paths,slippery treks with twigs scattering afloat the watery mud which was rather a booby trap if you least prepared a dip dive in the muddy water.One of my friends leg was caught and entangled by roots of plants only rescued by the experienced mountain guide to hack out the way.
The heavy rain made trekking formidable as we had to determine the safest pace on each step to avert untoward fallout.It took us 4 hours to reach the summit of gunung irau,the same time applied to return paths.The situation getting unbearable as a result of incessant downpour,photography became a rare chance and mud on hand also posed a hindrance to snapshot.
Enduring the continual rain for almost 8 hours and unfavorable slick forest route made 4 of my members exhausted with body bruised.
This was my first mossy forest trekking experience,scary but thrilling,real jungle adventure,the memory will last for lifetime.

Federal Territory Labuan

Visited this island of 95km(s) off Sabah state on 23th January till 28th January 2008.
Many foreigners worked here due to natural gases and petroleum.
Aboriginals and Chinese are the main inhabitants but not for Indians who are minority and rare to be Seen if compare to Penang island in west Malaysia.

Gunung Jerai Trekking

The 3 hours tough but challenging jungle trekking started from 'Tangga Kenari 1000 Tahun' staircase (only approximately 1670 steps)hiking became formidable with the steep uneven path hindered by falling trunks and protruding rocks and slippery as a result of rain.The most scary moment was the land leech which would pounce on you on all directions when you were least expected and sucked your blood greedily and bleeding profusely only when the suckers were removed.
Descending was rather quick and easy but risky due to the slanting path strewn with "blockage"(Fell tree branches,big and tiny rocks etc)Anyone might get injury or cramp legs under this circumstance.



Remark:4 places of injury spotted and the 'bite' on my right leg still bleeding after shower on the 2nd day after the hike.


Comment:Fun and enjoyable,unforgettable experience for being the very first time faced with land leech,this terrible scenario only being told,read,and from adventure movies but never came to reality before.

My first blog

After reading so much news of web blogs,out of curiosity,I decided to create my own blog just to voice out any opinions which I might come across but neglected.
I will be proud to tell my friends that finally a blog of my own created.
After all,I don't have much to share but certainly will try to express when the moment comes.
